You can generate the Traffic Sheet report to view lead traffic information, such as the prospect's contact information, move-in preferences, assigned agent, and event type.
To generate the report
From the top menu, select Reports > Leasing column > Traffic Sheet.
Complete the report's filter:
Filter | Description |
Property | The property, properties, or property list you want to generate the report for. |
Unit Type (optional) | The specific unit type(s) you want to view information for. |
Summary Type | The way you want the report's information to be organized. None Summarizes the report's information by prospect. Source Summarizes the report's information by source. |
Date Range | The time period you want to generate the report for. |
3. Click Display. The report appears.
4. To export the report as a PDF or Excel file to your device:
Click Export.
To save the report as an Excel file, click Export Excel. The file downloads to your device.
To save the report as a PDF file, click Export PDF. The file downloads to your device.
Traffic Sheet report column reference
Column | Description |
Desired Requirements | The desired rent, bedrooms, and amenities selected online by the prospect or manually entered into the system by an agent. |
Date Needed | The desired move-in date selected online by the prospect or manually entered into the system by an agent. |
Source | Marketing source. |
Status | Prospect's current status. |
Agent | Agent assigned to the prospect. |
Event Type | The event that occurred, such as:

Result/Reason | The outcome or the resulting action that follows an event. |
