You can generate the Activity Register report to view communication and lead follow-up activities at your properties, such as the traffic date, event type, and source of the lead.

To generate the report

  1. From the top menu, select Reports > Leasing column > Activity Register.

  2. Complete the report's filter:

Filter

Description

Property

The property, properties, or property list you want to generate the report for.

Unit Type (optional)

The specific unit type(s) you want to view information for.

Unit (optional)

The specific unit(s) you want to view information for.

Activity Type (optional)

The specific activity type(s) you want to view information for, including:

  • Contact

  • Activity

  • Follow-Up

  • Appointment

  • Email

Agent (optional)

The specific leasing agent(s) you want to view information for.

Date Range

The time period you want to generate the report for.

Summary Type

The way you want the report's information to be organized.

Property Summarizes the report's information by property.

3. Click Display. The report appears.

4. To export the report as a PDF or Excel file to your device:

  • Click Export.

  • To save the report as an Excel file, click Export Excel. The file downloads to your device.

  • To save the report as a PDF file, click Export PDF. The file downloads to your device.

Activity Register report column reference

Column

Description

Unit

Unit assigned to prospect by agent or selected online by prospect.

Traffic Date

The date on which the activity occurred.

Activity Type

The activity that occurred, such as:

  • Contact

  • Activity

  • Follow-Up

  • Appointment

  • Email

Event Type

The event that occurred, such as:

  • Canceled Guest

  • Submit Application

  • Application Approved

  • Application Denied

  • Chat

  • Other

  • Release

  • Text

  • Walk-in

  • Web

  • Web Visit

Prospect name

Name of the prospect. Click to open the prospect's Profile screen.

Agent

Agent assigned to the prospect.

Unit Type

Unit type associated with the unit assigned to prospect by agent or selected online by prospect.

Communication

Communication source.

Source

Marketing source.
