You can generate the Incoming Traffic report to review lead traffic at your properties. This report shows all leads that came in during the specified date range, broken down by lead type, contact method, and sender type.
To generate the report
From the top menu, select Reports > Leasing column > Incoming Traffic.
Complete the report's filter:
Filter | Description |
Property | The property, properties, or property list you want to generate the report for. |
Summary Type | The way you want the report's information to be organized. Property Summarizes the report's information by property. Property/Agent Summarizes the report's information by property and then by leasing agent. Property/Ad Source Summarizes the report's information by property and then by ad source. By Date Summarizes the report's information by the date. |
Show Rows Without Activity | Yes The report includes rows without data. No The report only includes rows of data. |
Date Range | The time period you want to generate the report for. |
3. Click Display. The report appears.
4. To export the report as a PDF or Excel file to your device:
Click Export.
To save the report as an Excel file, click Export Excel. The file downloads to your device.
To save the report as a PDF file, click Export PDF. The file downloads to your device.
Incoming Traffic report column reference
Column | Description |
Event Date | (Only appears when the Summary Type filter is By Date) The date on which the lead event occurred. |
Calls Incoming | Number of incoming phone calls. |
Calls Unique | Number of incoming phone calls from unique numbers.
Note: The Total row for this column might display different counts depending on the report summary type. For example, the number of unique items for all agents might be different than that number for all marketing sources. Because a unique count is not associated with a specific event, you cannot drill down on this column. |
Calls Current Prospects | Number of incoming phone calls from numbers associated with existing guest cards. |
Calls Dismissed | Number of incoming phone calls that were dismissed as non-leads. |
Calls New Prospects | Number of incoming phone calls from numbers that were not associated with any guest cards and were later added to new guest cards. |
Calls Residents | Number of incoming phone calls from numbers associated with resident records. |
Emails Incoming | Number of incoming email messages. |
Emails Unique | Number of incoming email messages from unique addresses. Note: The Total row for this column might display different counts depending on the report summary type. For example, the number of unique items for all agents might be different than that number for all marketing sources. Because a unique count is not associated with a specific event, you cannot drill down on this column. |
Emails Current Prospects | Number of incoming email messages from addresses associated with existing guest cards. |
