You can generate the Conversion Ratios report in CRM IQ to analyze how far prospects are progressing in the leasing workflow at your properties.
Tip: Most reports in CRM IQ are based on Transactional data, but this report is generated based on Relational data. This is important to know, because you may notice different column counts between report runtimes due to relational reporting logic.
Relational The report's data is presented in relation to other data in the report. Column counts are calculated in relation to the primary column, and these counts may change between report runtimes.
Transactional The report's data is presented as-is, static and transactional. Column counts are calculated independently of other columns in the report, and these counts won't change between runtimes.
To generate the report
From the top menu, select Reports > Leasing column > Conversion Ratios.
Complete the report's filter:

Date RangeThe time period you want to generate the report for CLO Choose Yes if you select a CLO property in the Property field (above).
Click Display. The report appears.
To export the report as a PDF or Excel file to your device:
Click Export.
To save the report as an Excel file, click Export Excel. The file downloads to your device.
To save the report as a PDF file, click Export PDF. The file downloads to your device.
