You can generate the Conversion Ratios report in CRM IQ to analyze how far prospects are progressing in the leasing workflow at your properties.

Tip: Most reports in CRM IQ are based on Transactional data, but this report is generated based on Relational data. This is important to know, because you may notice different column counts between report runtimes due to relational reporting logic.

  • Relational The report's data is presented in relation to other data in the report. Column counts are calculated in relation to the primary column, and these counts may change between report runtimes.

  • Transactional The report's data is presented as-is, static and transactional. Column counts are calculated independently of other columns in the report, and these counts won't change between runtimes.

To generate the report

  1. From the top menu, select Reports > Leasing column > Conversion Ratios.

  2. Complete the report's filter:

    PropertyThe property, properties, or property list you want to generate the report for.Summary Type

    The way you want the report's information to be organized.

    Property Summarizes the report's information by property.

    Property/Agent Summarizes the report's information by property and then by leasing agent.

    Property/Ad Source Summarizes the report's information by property and then by ad source.

    Property/First Contact Type Summarizes the report's information by property and then by first contact type.

    Property/First Contact Type With Chat IQ Summarizes the report's information by property and then by first contact type when the property is enabled for Chat IQ.

    Show Rows Without Activity

    Yes The report includes rows without data, such as 0 or n/a values.

    No The report only includes rows of data.

    Date RangeThe time period you want to generate the report for CLO Choose Yes if you select a CLO property in the Property field (above).

  3. Click Display. The report appears.

  4. To export the report as a PDF or Excel file to your device:

    1. Click Export.

    2. To save the report as an Excel file, click Export Excel. The file downloads to your device.

    3. To save the report as a PDF file, click Export PDF. The file downloads to your device.

Filter

Description

Property

The property, properties, or property list you want to generate the report for.

Summary Type

The way you want the report's information to be organized.

Property Summarizes the report's information by property.

Property/Agent Summarizes the report's information by property and then by leasing agent.

Property/Ad Source Summarizes the report's information by property and then by ad source.

Property/First Contact Type Summarizes the report's information by property and then by first contact type.

Property/First Contact Type With Chat IQ Summarizes the report's information by property and then by first contact type when the property is enabled for Chat IQ.

Show Rows Without Activity

Yes The report includes rows without data, such as 0 or n/a values.

No The report only includes rows of data.

Date Range

The time period you want to generate the report for.

CLO

Choose Yes if you select a CLO property in the Property field (above).

3. Click Display. The report appears.

4. To export the report as a PDF or Excel file to your device:

  • Click Export.

  • To save the report as an Excel file, click Export Excel. The file downloads to your device.

  • To save the report as a PDF file, click Export PDF. The file downloads to your device.

Conversion Ratios report column reference

Column

Description

New Prospects

Number of new prospect guest cards created during the specified period.

First Shows

Number of first unit showings associated with the Prospects in this report.

Applicants

Number of applications submitted that are associated with the Prospects in this report. (When summarized by Property/Agent, the assigned agent receives credit for this count.)

Move-ins

Number of posted move-ins that are associated with the Prospects in this report. (When summarized by Property/Agent, the assigned agent receives credit for this count.)

Prospect to First Show ratio

Ratio of new guest cards to first unit showings:

(First Shows ÷ Prospects) × 100%

Prospect to Applicant ratio

Ratio of new guest cards to applications approved:

(Applicants ÷ Prospects) × 100%

First Show to Applicant ratio

Ratio of first unit showings to applications approved:

(Applicants ÷ First Shows) × 100%

Prospect to Move-in ratio

Ratio of new guest cards to move-ins:

(Prospects ÷ Move-ins) × 100%

First Show to Move-in ratio

Ratio of first unit showings to move-ins:

(First Shows ÷ Move-ins) × 100%

Applicant to Move-in ratio

Ratio of applications approved to move-ins:

(Applicants ÷ Move-ins) × 100%
