You can generate the Lead Stage Summary report in CRM IQ to view the number of guest records that exist in each stage of the leasing workflow for a specific date range.
To generate the report
From the top menu, select Reports > Leasing column > Lead Stage Summary.
Complete the report's filter:
Filter | Description |
Property | The property, properties, or property list you want to generate the report for. |
Summary Type | The way you want the report's information to be organized. Property Summarizes the report's information by property. Property/Agent Summarizes the report's information by property and then by leasing agent. Property/Ad Source Summarizes the report's information by property and then by ad source. Property/First Contact Type Summarizes the report's information by property and then by first contact type. Show Rows Without Activity | Yes The report includes rows without data. No The report only includes rows of data. |
Date Range | The time period you want to generate the report for. |
3. Click Display. The report appears.
4. To export the report as a PDF or Excel file to your device:
Click Export.
To save the report as an Excel file, click Export Excel. The file downloads to your device.
To save the report as a PDF file, click Export PDF. The file downloads to your device.

Leads | Number of leads generated. |
Unique Leads | Number of unique leads determined by the contact information available for the lead at the time this report is run. For example, when a lead comes through by phone, the system determines uniqueness based on the lead's phone number. If a lead comes through by email, the system determines uniqueness based on the lead's email address. |
New Prospects | Number of new prospect guest cards created. |
Canceled Prospects | Number of guest cards canceled during the specified period. |
Unqualified Prospects | Number of guest cards returned as unqualified during the specified period. |
Appointments | Number of appointments completed during the specified period. |
First Shows | Number of first unit showings created during the specified period. |
Applications | Number of applications submitted during the specified period. (When summarized by Property/Agent, the assigned agent receives credit for this count.) |
Approvals | Number of applications approved during the specified period. |
