You can generate the Aged Missed Follow-up report in CRM IQ to view an aging schedule for the number of days it takes an agent to complete an outstanding or missed follow-up.
To generate the report
From the top menu, select Reports > Leasing column > Aged Missed Follow-up.
Complete the report's filter:
Filter | Description |
Property | The property, properties, or property list you want to generate the report for. |
Summary Type | The way you want the report's information to be organized. Property Summarizes the report's information by property. Property/Agent Summarizes the report's information by property and then by leasing agent. |
Recipient Type | All Displays follow-up information for residents and prospects. Resident Displays follow-up information for residents only. Prospect Displays follow-up information for prospects only. |
Date Range | The time period you want to generate the report for. |
3. Click Display. The report appears.
4. To export the report as a PDF or Excel file to your device:
Click Export.
To save the report as an Excel file, click Export Excel. The file downloads to your device.
To save the report as a PDF file, click Export PDF. The file downloads to your device.
Aged Missed Follow-up report column reference
Column | Description |
Agent | (Only appears when summarized by Property/Agent.) The agent assigned to the follow-up. |
Follow-ups Assigned | Number of follow-ups assigned during the specified period. |
Follow-ups Missed | Number of follow-ups missed during the specified period. |
Follow-ups Completed Late | Number of missed follow-ups that have been completed. |
Follow-ups Outstanding | Number of missed follow-ups that are still outstanding as of report run time. |
Follow-ups Completed | Number of follow-ups completed during the specified period. |
0-2 days | Number of follow-ups completed 0-2 days after being flagged as missed. |
3-7 days | Number of follow-ups completed 3-7 days after being flagged as missed. |
8-14 days | Number of follow-ups completed 8-14 days after being flagged as missed. |
15-30 days | Number of follow-ups completed 15-30 days after being flagged as missed. |
>30 days | Number of follow-ups completed more than 30 days after being flagged as missed. |
