You can generate the Follow-up Event Type report in CRM IQ to review and evaluate follow-up metrics at each of your properties.

To generate the report

  1. From the top menu, select Reports > Leasing column > Follow-Up Event Type.

  2. Complete the report's filter:

Filter

Description

Property

The property, properties, or property list you want to generate the report for.

Summary Type

The way you want the report's information to be organized.

Property Summarizes the report's information by property.

Property/Agent Summarizes the report's information by property and then by leasing agent.

Date Range

The time period you want to generate the report for.

CLO

Choose Yes if you select a CLO property in the Property field (above).

3. Click Display. The report appears.

4. To export the report as a PDF or Excel file to your device:

  • Click Export.

  • To save the report as an Excel file, click Export Excel. The file downloads to your device.

  • To save the report as a PDF file, click Export PDF. The file downloads to your device.

Follow-up Event Type report column reference

Column

Description

Agent (When sorted by Property/Agent)

The agent assigned to the follow-up.

Active (When sorted by Property/Agent)

No The agent is inactive.

Yes The agent is active.

Follow Up Type

The follow-up type.

A Custom Template is a user-created follow-up without a template.

Assigned

Number of assigned follow-ups during the specified period:

Completed On Time + Total Missed + Total Pending

Completed on time

Number of follow-ups completed on time during the specified period.

Missed (Completed After Grace Period)

Number of follow-ups missed but completed after the grace period.

Missed (Never Completed)

Number of follow-ups that were missed and never completed during the specified period.

Total Missed

Number of missed follow-ups during the specified period:

Missed (Completed After Grace Period) + Missed (Never Completed)

Pending

Number of follow-ups that are not yet completed and are not yet considered missed during the specified period.
