Add a New Schedule

  1. On the Tracking Source and Call Routing screen (from the top menu, go to Communications > Tracking & Routing), click the Schedules tab. The Schedules grid appears.

  2. In the top-right part of the grid, click Add New Schedule. The Property Schedule Edit screen appears.

Description

Schedule

Name of schedule.

Default Schedule

Designates the schedule as the default schedule.

Override Schedule

Designates the schedule as the override schedule. For the specified dates, this schedule overrides any recurring schedule. After the date or range of dates passes, the regular recurring schedule applies again.

NOTE If you select Override Schedule, the field options change. See graphic below.

Days of the Week

Days on which the schedule applies.

All Day

Schedule applies all day for the selected days.

Begin/End Time

(Available only if the All Day check box is cleared.)

Enter times in h:mm tt format (for example, 9:00 AM).

3. If you select Override Schedule, the field options change.

Schedule applies all day for the selected dates.

4. Click Save Changes.
