How do I enable a property for CRM IQ?

You can enable a property for CRM IQ from the General settings menu (Settings > Admin > Company tab).

If a message appears in the Requirements Needed column, there are still outstanding setup items that you need to complete before the property can be enabled:

RentCafe Property Setup

The property is missing from the rentcafepropertyinformation table in Yardi Voyager. To resolve this:

  • Ensure the property is in RentCafe Site Manager

  • Ensure the Pop-Card 2 setting is enabled in Site Manager

  • Run the CRM Sync in Site Manager

RentCafe Conversations Setup

The property doesn't have all channels from Company Conversation page in Site Manager flagged (SMS, Chat, Email) and/or outbound calling is not enabled.

Blue Moon Document Setup

The property is set up to use legacy Blue Moon, or if the property is set up on Blue Moon V2 or V3, the property doesn't have the Blue Moon eSignature flag enabled.

Fill Docs Document Setup

The property is set to use Fill Docs, but the script files are missing or are different between Site Manger and CRM Flex.
