How are calls to CRM IQ handled?

Those calls are browser-based (VOIP), just like you can use in Teams. Calls to CRM IQ do not require a desktop handset. If you are available or active in CRM IQ, the program will ring your user through the Communication Hub.

You can also change this setting in your CRM IQ profile, if you would rather have calls ring a specific phone number.
