If a property does not have any schedules set up, you can copy schedules from another property. When you have at least one schedule set up for a property, you cannot copy schedules from other properties.
Before you begin
Set up call trees in Site Manager. For more information, see Maintenance call trees and technicians and Maintenance call tree setup in Site Manager Help.
How to do it
On the Tracking Source and Call Routing screen (from the top menu, go to Communications > Tracking & Routing), click the Schedules tab. The Schedules grid appears.
In the top-right part of the grid, click Copy Schedules. The Copy Schedules screen appears.
Click the plus sign in the Actions column in the row of the property from which you want to copy schedules.
The schedules from the selected property appear on the target property, and the Copy Schedules button no longer displays.
