Bug fixes
871534: We’ve made the following changes for third-party Renters Insurance policies:
Personal Property, Deductible, and Annual Premium fields have been removed.
The Download Policy button has been changed to a View Document button, which only opens documents uploaded by the customer.
871971: Fixed an issue where customers who previously completed ID Verification with Jumio through legacy Online Leasing were prevented from completing ID Verification through Applicant Portal at a different property.
870750: We’ve added the following validations for bank accounts when your property is using Finicity bank account verification:
Customers are now prevented from manually adding a bank account until they’ve reached the maximum number of attempts to complete Finicity verification.
RentCafe now rejects dummy bank account numbers that are all the same digit or follow a sequential pattern.
872912: We made the following changes to multi-profile RentCafe accounts:
When a customer has multiple accounts with the same property, old profile details no longer display on the My account page.
When a customer has a denied application at the property, the denied application no longer displays on the My account page and the customer can now reapply under a new account without issue.
When a customer has an existing resident record with the property, they can now apply under a new account without issue.
872101: When the company setting Validate Required Fields on the Application Form is enabled, applicants are no longer prevented from submitting their application forms due to hidden fields on the application that would otherwise be required.
865887: Fixed a status mismatch issue between CRM IQ and Site Manager that would occur after using Resend Invitation in CRM IQ on a prospect who had already registered and completed their application.
858103: Redesigned the printable application to include clearly-labeled fields. Additionally, emergency contact information fields now show consistently on the printable application.
867422: The My Profile screen in Applicant Portal now respects the portal version published for a property when presenting the application to the customer.
868950: Fixed an issue where roommates could still edit previous application steps, even after the roommate completed all required steps and the primary applicant was approved. Now, after approval, the roommate can view but not edit previous application steps. Additionally, if the application is denied or canceled, the roommate can only view previous application steps.
857832: Fixed an issue for non-CRM properties where non-lessee guarantors added after approval would skip directly to the Checklist step, bypassing required fields, documents, and steps.
871708: Customers and their roommates are no longer forced to complete ID Verification if the primary application was submitted before ID Verify was enabled for the property.
