Copy Routing Settings from a Tracking Source

If your schedules and call routing are consistent across tracking sources for a property, you can save time by copying the settings from a tracking source to the default routing settings so that you can then apply them to other tracking sources.

Note: If you have set up default routing settings for a property – and even subsequently deleted them – you cannot copy the settings from a tracking source to be default routing settings.

Before you begin

Do not set up default routing settings for the property. If you have set up default routing settings for a property – and even subsequently deleted them – you cannot copy the routing settings from a tracking source to be default routing settings.

How to do it

  1. From the top menu, go to Communications > Tracking & Routing, and then click the Tracking & Routing tab. The Tracking and Routing grid appears.

  2. In the row corresponding to the tracking source from which you want to copy the settings, click the Edit button. The Edit Tracking Source and Call Routing screen appears.

  3. Click the Copy to Defaults button in the top-right part of the screen.
