Default Routing Settings Overview

You can set up default schedules and default routing rules for calls, emails, and texts, and then apply the defaults to multiple tracking sources. When you modify the default routing settings, the settings for any tracking sources linked to the default routing settings are automatically updated. When you add a new tracking source, you can link it to the default routing settings, making the implementation more streamlined and faster.

You can create default routing settings three ways:

  • Copy the routing settings from a property tracking source.
    ​Note: This option is available only if you have not previously set up default routing settings for the property – even if you subsequently deleted them.

  • Manually add the default routing settings.

  • Copy the default routing settings from another property.
