A customer record connects all the different relationship types that someone might have with properties within your company to a single person. A customer relationship is any individual relationship that is linked to the customer record.
Customers can have any of the following relationship types linked to their customer record:
Primary: Prospect
Primary: Applicant
Primary: Resident
Roommate: Prospect
Roommate: Applicant
Roommate: Resident
