Bulk approve, deny, or delete lease proposals

This procedure explains how to approve, deny, or delete multiple lease proposals at once from the Renewals dashboard.

Lease proposals must be approved before renewal options become visible to residents in the Resident Portal. Use this procedure to manage multiple proposals at once from the Renewals dashboard

While multiple proposals can be approved for a resident, only one proposal can be selected for renewal at a time. If you need to approve or deny a single proposal from a resident record, see Approve or deny a lease proposal.

Approved lease proposals appear as renewal offers in Resident Portal, where residents can view and accept their preferred renewal option. Denied proposals are marked as Inactive and are hidden from view on the resident’s record. Deleted proposals are removed from the resident record.

How to do it

  1. Open the Renewals dashboard:

    1. If the product is Voyager 8 or CRM IQ: From the top menu, select Residents > Renewals.

  2. Select the Manage Proposals tab.

  3. In the Proposals by Status tile, select Pending Approval. The grid displays proposals batches awaiting approval.

  4. Click Expand All. All available proposals display.

  5. Approve, deny or delete proposals in bulk:

    1. Select the checkbox next to each proposal you want to manage, or select the Select All checkbox at the top of the grid. Action buttons appear showing the available actions for the selected proposals: Approve [Count], Deny [Count], and Delete [Count].

    2. To exclude specific batches or proposals, clear the check box next to them.
      NOTE Any unchecked proposals remain in Pending Approval status.

    3. At the top of the grid, select an action: Approve [Count], Deny [Count], or Delete [Count]. A confirmation message appears.

    4. Select Yes. The selected action is completed.

Next Step

Approved proposals become visible to residents in their Resident Portal. Residents can select their desired proposal offer, or property staff can select a proposal on their behalf from the Renewals dashboard or the resident record. For details, see Select or deny a lease proposal
