Tracking Sources Overview

​With CRM IQ tracking and routing, you can define marketing sources, add tracking numbers and emails, set up Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI), define call routing, apply schedules to the tracking source, and upload audio files.

From the top menu, go to Communications > Tracking & Routing, and then click the Tracking & Routing tab. The Tracking and Routing grid appears.

Marketing source

Phone

Phone number assigned to the tracking source

Email

Email assigned to the tracking source

Text Enabled

Indicates if the tracking source phone number is enabled for text messaging

Referring Source

Marketing source that referred the person to the property

Advanced Tracking URL

CRM IQ-generated tracking URL that you can use to attribute leads to marketing sources

Defaults Enabled

Applies the defaults set up under the Defaults tab to the tracking source

Action

Edit or delete the tracking source
