When your leasing agent user is selected in the Agent dashboard filter, both unassigned leads and leads assigned to your user show under Tasks.

If there is no leasing agent in the filter, CRM IQ dynamically adds the agent column to the data grids so that you can see who is assigned to each task, similar to the Community Queue in CRM Flex. This view is useful for property managers who want an overview of all tasks at their property.

Unassigned leads show for everyone.
