What do the filters default to when you open the Comm Hub?

By default, the Comm Hub shows communication from all channels at all properties within the past week. If you change the filters, when you open Comm Hub, it remembers the last filters that you had set.

If you are accessing the Comm Hub in order to respond to a specific communication, such as a bot hand-off, the Comm Hub takes you directly to that conversation.

When you log out, the filters reset to their default settings.
