A quote sheet is an electronic brochure with potential lease terms for a unit, which you can provide to prospects. Quote sheets are intended for informational purposes only; they do not guarantee that the prospect can rent a specific unit.
Depending on your settings, the quote sheet can display any of the following information:
Details about the property (email, phone number(s), address, and website URL)
Details about the unit (floor plan image, unit type, number of beds and baths, and square footage)
Quoted lease terms
The quoting agent
Date and time when the quote was generated
Date and time when the quote expires
A summary of move-in charges
A summary of monthly charges
Pricing alternatives (Revenue Management only)
Custom notes and disclaimers
The quote sheet will always identify the customer receiving the quote in the Quote Prepared For field. You can either email or download and print the quote sheet from Voyager 8 and CRM IQ.
Users with the RESCRM-Hide_Quote_Sheet_Button Voyager 7s user permission enabled will not be able to generate quote sheets in CRM IQ and Voyager 8.

Added a new Email Template setting to the property-level Quote Sheet settings. With this setting, you can select the one-off email template you want to use when sending the quote sheet in an email.
The PDF output of the quote sheet has been redesigned to include a clearer hierarchy of information and better spacing between elements.
762872: We’ve made the following changes to the quote sheet:
If the expected move-in date falls outside the allowable range, a warning now displays when the user clicks either Email Quote or Download Quote.
Only Revenue Management properties can select the Allow Alternative Terms quote sheet setting, under the Multi Terms Pricing section.
The Select Additional Lease Terms button on the quote sheet will only display when Allow Alternative Terms is enabled.
When clicking the Reset to Company Values button for property-level quote sheet settings, property settings are cleared out correctly.
The default logo on the quote sheet is no longer dependent on a CRM sync.
Configure quote sheet settings
You can configure the items you want to appear on the quote sheet at the company level or the property level. As soon as you configure settings at the property level, all company settings will be overridden by what you configure for the property. If you want to use the company settings again after making changes, click the Reset to Company Values button to clear property-level settings and use company-level settings instead.
Phone and Email settings
The Phone settings are slightly different between the company and property level.
At the property level, you can manually enter the number you want to use for the office phone, cellphone, or fax number.
Office Phone | (Available at the company and property level.)
Shows the office phone number on the quote sheet alongside other property information. |
Cell Phone | (Available at the property level only.)

Notes
You can add custom notes and disclaimers to the bottom of the quote sheet. The quote sheet uses the company-level notes unless you add text to the property level.
Custom Notes | Additional notes about the property that you want customers to know. For example, navigation instructions, guest parking rules, or your property’s office hours. |
Disclaimer | Disclaimers about the property or the quote sheet. For example, you can use this field to explain that a quote is not a guarantee to rent a specific apartment. |
Print or email the quote sheet
From CRM IQ, you can download and print out a PDF version of the quote sheet or send it as an email attachment to the prospect’s email address. You can generate the quote sheet from the prospect record both before and after unit assignment.
To generate the quote sheet, click the Actions button in the top-right part of the screen, then select Generate Quote. The Generate Quote panel appears in the right side of the screen.
If you haven't already assigned a unit, select the property and unit for which you want to generate the quote. Then, under Rental Terms, set the prospect’s quoted move-in date and lease term. The relevant data populates in the rest of the quote sheet.
If you are using Revenue Management pricing, click the Select Additional Lease Terms button. The Best Pricing Options screen appears, where you can select additional lease terms to show on the quote sheet.
If you want to include additional concessions or charges in the quote, select them from the Add Ons section.
If you have more than one version of your property logo, you can select an alternative logo under the Logo section in the bottom part of the screen. If you do not select a different logo, the quote sheet uses your default property logo.
Review the information on the screen, then click either Email Quote or Download Quote.
If you choose Email Quote, this automatically sends the quote sheet to the prospect as an email attachment. Please note, this does not open the Comm Hub.
If you choose Download Quote, a PDF version of the quote sheet downloads to your local device. You can then either print the quote sheet or manually attach it to an email.
FAQ
Question | Answer |
Are custom quote sheets available in CRM IQ? | Yes, you can now customize the fields that appear on quote sheets. |
How is the CRM IQ quote sheet different from the one in prospect portal or CRM Flex? | The CRM IQ quote sheet does not honor any of the optional parameters from CRM Flex, and it does not pull a script file to generate the quote. Instead, it is generated using HTML based on the data supplied by CRM IQ. By default, users can generate quote sheets for prospects in CRM IQ even before a unit is selected. If the prospect already has a unit selected, CRM IQ uses that unit when generating the quote sheet. |
Where can you access the quote sheet in CRM IQ? | You can access the quote sheet from the prospect relationship record, under the Actions button. |
