Delinquency Performance dashboard

Analyze payment and collection performance using Delinquency Performance dashboard metrics, payment status and distribution charts, payment timing, and property-level results.

The Delinquency Performance dashboard provides analytical insight into rent collection performance across one or more properties. Interactive tiles, charts, and a property grid help analyze collection performance over time, compare results across properties, and monitor key payment metrics.

Note: The Delinquency Performance tab is used to analyze payment and collection performance across properties and time periods. To monitor and manage individual resident delinquency and outstanding accounts receivable (A/R), use the Delinquency dashboard.

The Delinquency Performance dashboard is available in CRM IQ and Voyager 8, depending on your user role. From the top menu select Residents > Delinquency, then select the Delinquency Performance tab.
