Minor enhancements
837851: We’ve removed the reCAPTCHA message from the registration page, updated the terms and conditions to use the property name, and updated the marketing opt-in message to use the company name.
844594: Applicant Portal now honors the Send Application Reminder Email to Occupants that have not completed application after ___ hours setting, as expected.
844320: When an applicant completes all tasks in the Move-in Checklist, instead of a Continue button, they receive an All done! (party popper) response so they do not believe additional action is required.
844420: Updated the language used in the One Time Passcode text message from "OnlineLeasing: ###### is your one-time password (OTP) which expires in 10 minutes." to "Your RentCafe verification code is ######. It expires in 10 minutes."
839287: For denied or canceled applications, the My Account screen now displays a View Details button instead of a Continue button.
845206: When selecting services through Renter Essentials, applicants can now delete upload documents provided as proof of power services. Additionally, applicants can still enroll in Power services provided through Renter Essentials, regardless of whether they’ve already uploaded a document for proof of power from another provider.
848092: Rentable items published on portal through Site Manager’s Manage Rentable Items screen now honor the rentable item type setting Do not show in OLE from Voyager.
851239: We’ve rebranded “Rewards by RentCafe” to “RentCafe Rewards.” Additionally, Obligo services now offer 500 points instead of 250, and Power services no longer offer rewards points.
Bug fixes
834785: If your property has prepaid fees set up and allows applicants to submit applications for waitlist units without requiring application fee payment for the waitlist unit, applicants are no longer prevented from submitting the application.
842543: Fixed an issue where applicants could bypass the required additional information, such as additional screening questions, on the Almost There page.
819756: Fixed an issue where "proof of electricity" upload documents were only available for guarantors when the Show document to primary prospect only setting was disabled. Now, "proof of electricity" upload documents are available for all occupant types when this setting is disabled.
813035: Footer text now appears on all pages in Applicant Portal. Previously, footer text was only visible on the login page.
847693: Fixed an issue where fully occupied floor plans were not honoring the Fully occupied floorplan displays setting of Call for details if they offered waitlist units.
847951: Fixed a portal redirect issue that was triggering the error “Security Alert: ‘Unauthorized property access detected. You have been logged out.’”
