You can search for journal batches and view:
Batch header
Journal entries in the batch
Individual journal entries
🔧 If the batch is unposted, you can edit it and post it. Posted batches are read-only.
🔍 Steps to Find Journal Batches:
In Voyager 8:
Go to More > G/L > Journals > Review Journal Batch
➜ The Journal Batch Filter screen opens.
🧾 Step-by-Step Instructions:
Choose a Batch Type:
Unposted – Shows only unposted (editable) batches.
Posted – Shows only posted (finalized) batches.
All – Includes both posted and unposted batches, even if empty.
Fill in additional filter fields as needed (e.g., date, batch id from, batch id to).
Click Search.
In the search results, find the batch you want to review.
Click the Batch ID number (it's a link) to open the Journal Batch screen:
Top section: Batch header.
Bottom section: Journal entries within the batch.
Click the Journal Entry ID to open the Journal Entry screen for detailed entry information.
